SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
We're a print-on-demand store, meaning we design these fantastic items and when you click "purchase", the details are sent to our partners for printing and then they are shipped directly to you! We do our best to be as speedy and efficient as possible. If you are located in the U.S., you can expect shipment in 2 to 5 business days. If you are located outside of the U.S., shipment can take 10 to 30 days (sorry!). We generally ship with the U.S. Postal Service and will provide a tracking number for your shipment.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Craftee Design, we want to make sure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. In this regard, our printing and production partners were selected on very stringent criteria. Our partners are selected because they provide the highest quality products and employ sustainable practices. If you’ve noticed an issue with quality (i.e. misprint, damaged product), we're happy to work with you to make it right. Simply contact us and let us know how we can help.

We do our best to ensure that our product listings display accurate color, design, and size information. Since we are a print-on-demand store, we are not able to accept returns for reasons other than for the production issues listed above. So, please ensure that you are happy about your selection before making a purchase. We're happy to answer any questions you have about a product before making your purchase.
